Alexander Wang For H&M

Young and talented designer Alexander Wang is bringing an iteration of his clothing line to H&M on November 6^th and the fashion industry is buzzing with excitement over this latest collaboration. The New York-based designer is gearing up to launch what will be a very sportswear-inspired collection, similar to what he creates for his eponymous high end line and his diffusion line, T by Alexander Wang. 

His aesthetic is that of a chic street-style girl who can be effortlessly cool while wearing sweats and other workout clothes. This collection will incorporate casuals such as a cropped sweater adorned with an embossed “WANG” and comfortable leather slides. Some of the other pieces include a parka with a down vest in an interesting cocoon shape, a racerback dress with the bodice resembling a sports bra, reflective jersey leggings, and neoprene – or “scuba look”—pants. For good measure, actual sports attire and accessories will also be sold, including a duffle bag, swimming goggles, water bottles, and a yoga bag. With everyone excitedly waiting for the collection to launch, there is no doubt that H&M stores all across New York City will be flooded with customers and long lines.
