Shoe Art ...Pushing The Boundaries Of Fashion

During NYFW spring/summer 2013 "Shoe Fashion Week"  we glimpsed these works of  art. To describe these as edgy would probably be an understatement. Futuristic perhaps and maybe a little Goth? But aren't we already there with the multitude of spiky and glittery chic shoes offered by some of our fave retailers? Feathers, on the other hand are definitely a new addition and piques the imagination as to whether or not we the fashion set will be wearing feathered shoes in the not so distant future.

One thing's for sure....these probably are not for the shy or demure fashionista. These attention grabbers scream; here I am, look at me.
